These terms govern your purchase and use of a reading from Our Life by Design. They're written to be read, not skimmed past; the short version is that we sell you a personalized keepsake once, honestly, and both sides behave like adults.
Our Life by Design is operated by Meridian Compass LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach a person at hello@ourlifebydesign.co.
The product is a personalized reading for two people: a narrated video and a set of illustrated pages, prepared from the birth details you provide and delivered by email as digital files. It costs $79, charged once. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and nothing that renews.
We aim to deliver within 48 hours of payment. If something delays us beyond that, we'll tell you by email rather than leave you wondering.
The reading is a reflective, editorial interpretation built on Human Design and Ayurvedic tradition. We treat these systems as a lens, not a law, and we say so on the site. The reading is provided for reflection and entertainment purposes. It is not, and must not be relied on as, medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other professional advice. If something in your life needs a professional, please see one.
The reading is only as good as the birth details you give us. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have your partner's permission to share their birth details with us. We echo your details back to you by email so typos get caught early.
If a birth detail was entered or processed incorrectly, tell us and we will recast and redeliver the affected reading, or refund you, your choice. One email is enough.
Each reading is made for the two of you and can't be restocked, so we don't offer automatic returns the way a t-shirt shop does. That said: if your reading misses the mark, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right, by revising it, recasting it, or refunding you. We'd rather refund an unhappy couple than keep the wrong $79.
Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages; we never see or store your card details. Your receipt will show Meridian Compass LLC. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases; the price you paid is the price you paid.
Your reading is yours to keep, watch, print, share with your partner, and show to whomever you like, forever. What we ask you not to do: resell it, republish it commercially, or strip it for parts to build a competing service. The underlying templates, illustrations, and site content remain ours.
Don't submit other people's personal data without their permission, don't probe or disrupt the service, and don't use the intake forms for anything except ordering a reading.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a reading or the site is limited to the amount you paid us. The service is provided "as is"; we make no warranties beyond what these terms state. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If something goes wrong, email us first; almost everything is fixable in one exchange. Formally, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the courts of Wyoming, unless the consumer-protection law where you live gives you rights that must apply anyway, in which case those rights stand.
If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after it takes effect, never retroactively. The effective date at the top is the version marker.
